FIFAe Nations League 2026: গর্বের সঙ্গে শেষ হলো বাংলাদেশের eFootball Console দলের যাত্রা

বাংলাদেশের eFootball Console জাতীয় দল এবারের FIFAe Nations League 2026-এ নিজেদের যাত্রা শেষ করেছে। যদিও দলটি Continental Championship-এ জায়গা করে নিতে পারেনি, তবে গত বছরের তুলনায় এবারের পারফরম্যান্স ছিল অনেক বেশি ইতিবাচক এবং আশাব্যঞ্জক।

এবারের আসরটি ছিল FIFAe World Cup 2026-এর বাছাইপর্বের অংশ। নতুন ফরম্যাট অনুযায়ী বিশ্বের বিভিন্ন দেশের জাতীয় দলকে ছয়টি অঞ্চলে ভাগ করে FIFAe Nations League আয়োজন করা হয়। বাংলাদেশ ছিল Asia (East) & Oceania অঞ্চলে, যেখানে মোট ২২টি দেশ অংশগ্রহণ করে।

এই অঞ্চলের Nations League অনুষ্ঠিত হয় তিনটি সপ্তাহে। Week 1 ও Week 2 থেকে শীর্ষ তিনটি করে দল এবং Week 3 থেকে শীর্ষ দুটি দল Continental Championship-এ খেলার সুযোগ পায়। এরপর Continental Championship থেকে সেরা দলগুলো নিশ্চিত করবে FIFAe World Cup 2026-এর টিকিট।

বাংলাদেশের প্রতিনিধিরা

এবার বাংলাদেশের হয়ে প্রতিনিধিত্ব করেছেন দেশের অন্যতম সেরা eFootball Console খেলোয়াড়রা—

• মহিউদ্দিন মহি
• ফাহমিদুল হাসান ফুয়াদ
• মোহাম্মদ হামিদুল ইসলাম
• শেখ রাইহান

বাংলাদেশের eFootball Console কমিউনিটিতে এই চারজন দীর্ঘদিন ধরে ধারাবাহিকভাবে নিজেদের সেরাদের একজন হিসেবে প্রতিষ্ঠিত করেছেন। বিভিন্ন জাতীয় পর্যায়ের টুর্নামেন্টে অসাধারণ সাফল্যের মাধ্যমে তারা দেশের হয়ে আন্তর্জাতিক মঞ্চে খেলার সুযোগ অর্জন করেন।

তবে ব্যক্তিগত অনিবার্য কারণে Week 3-এ মহিউদ্দিন মহি ও মোহাম্মদ হামিদুল ইসলাম অংশ নিতে পারেননি। তাদের পরিবর্তে দলে যোগ দেন মাহদিউল আলম এবং কাজী জিয়ান।

যেহেতু প্রতিযোগিতাটি 2v2 Co-op ফরম্যাটে অনুষ্ঠিত হয়েছে, তাই Week 1 ও Week 2-এ মহিউদ্দিন মহি এবং ফাহমিদুল হাসান ফুয়াদ সবগুলো ম্যাচ খেলেছেন। আর Week 3-এ শেখ রাইহান ও ফাহমিদুল হাসান তিনটি ম্যাচ এবং ফাহমিদুল হাসান ও মাহদিউল আলম একটি ম্যাচ খেলেন।

Week 1: দুর্দান্ত সূচনা

১৫-১৬ এপ্রিল অনুষ্ঠিত Week 1-এ বাংলাদেশ অসাধারণ পারফরম্যান্স উপহার দেয়।

বাংলাদেশ নিজেদের গ্রুপে চ্যাম্পিয়ন হয়ে ১৪০ পয়েন্ট অর্জন করে এবং সামগ্রিক র‍্যাঙ্কিংয়ে ৭ম স্থানে উঠে আসে।

মহি ও ফুয়াদ পুরো গ্রুপ পর্বে অপরাজিত ছিলেন। তারা শক্তিশালী দল মালয়েশিয়া ও ভিয়েতনাম-এর বিপক্ষে ড্র করেন এবং কম্বোডিয়া ও মালদ্বীপকে পরাজিত করেন।

তবে নকআউট পর্বে ব্রুনেইর বিপক্ষে গোল্ডেন গোলে হেরে বাংলাদেশের Week 1-এর স্বপ্নযাত্রার সমাপ্তি ঘটে।

এই পারফরম্যান্সের পর পুরো বাংলাদেশের eFootball কমিউনিটির প্রত্যাশা ছিল মহি ও ফুয়াদের জুটিকে ঘিরে।

Week 2: প্রত্যাশার সঙ্গে বাস্তবতার লড়াই

১৩-১৪ মে অনুষ্ঠিত Week 2-এ বাংলাদেশ আগের ধারাবাহিকতা ধরে রাখতে পারেনি।

দলটি নেপালকে ২-১ গোলে হারালেও থাইল্যান্ড, মালয়েশিয়া এবং নিউজিল্যান্ডের বিপক্ষে হেরে নকআউট পর্বে উঠতে ব্যর্থ হয়।

এই সপ্তাহে বাংলাদেশ সংগ্রহ করে ৪০ পয়েন্ট।

Week 1 ও Week 2 শেষে বাংলাদেশের মোট পয়েন্ট দাঁড়ায় ১৮০, যা তাদের সামগ্রিক র‍্যাঙ্কিংয়ে ১৫তম স্থানে নিয়ে যায়।

Week 3: শেষ পর্যন্ত লড়াই

Week 3-এ নিয়ম আরও কঠিন হয়ে যায়। প্রতিটি গ্রুপ থেকে মাত্র দুটি দল নকআউট পর্বে ওঠার সুযোগ পায়।

বাংলাদেশ আবারও Group D-তে পড়ে।

ফলাফল ছিল—

• ব্রুনেইর সঙ্গে ড্র
• ভুটানের বিপক্ষে জয়
• মালয়েশিয়ার কাছে ২-১ ব্যবধানে পরাজয়
• হংকংয়ের কাছে ৩-১ ব্যবধানে পরাজয়

শেষ পর্যন্ত বাংলাদেশ নকআউট পর্বে উঠতে পারেনি এবং এখানেই শেষ হয় তাদের FIFAe Nations League 2026-এর যাত্রা।

গর্বের একটি অধ্যায়

ফলাফল হয়তো বাংলাদেশের প্রত্যাশা অনুযায়ী আসেনি, কিন্তু এই যাত্রা প্রমাণ করেছে যে আন্তর্জাতিক eFootball Console অঙ্গনে বাংলাদেশ ধীরে ধীরে নিজেদের শক্ত অবস্থান তৈরি করছে।

বিশেষ করে Week 1-এর পারফরম্যান্স দেখিয়েছে, বাংলাদেশের খেলোয়াড়রা এশিয়ার সেরা দলগুলোর সঙ্গেও সমানতালে লড়াই করার সামর্থ্য রাখেন।

আগামী Asia Continental Championship অনুষ্ঠিত হবে মালয়েশিয়ায়। যদিও সেখানে বাংলাদেশকে দেখা যাবে না, তবুও এবারের অভিজ্ঞতা ভবিষ্যতের জন্য বড় একটি ভিত্তি হয়ে থাকবে।

বাংলাদেশের হয়ে লড়াই করা প্রতিটি খেলোয়াড়কে জানাই আন্তরিক অভিনন্দন। আশা করি আগামী বছর আরও শক্তিশালী হয়ে বাংলাদেশ আবারও আন্তর্জাতিক মঞ্চে নিজেদের সামর্থ্যের প্রমাণ দেবে।

Bangladesh Ends Its FIFAe Nations League 2026 Campaign with Pride

Bangladesh’s eFootball Console National Team has officially concluded its journey in the FIFAe Nations League 2026. Although the team narrowly missed qualification for the Continental Championship, this year’s campaign was a clear improvement over last season and reflected the steady growth of Bangladesh’s competitive eFootball scene.

The FIFAe Nations League served as the qualification pathway for the FIFAe World Cup 2026. Under the new format, qualified national teams were divided into six regional leagues. Bangladesh competed in the Asia (East) & Oceania region alongside 22 nations.

The competition was played across three weeks. The top three nations from Week 1 and Week 2, along with the top two nations from Week 3, qualified for the Continental Championship. From there, the region’s best teams will earn their places at the FIFAe World Cup 2026.

Representing Bangladesh

Bangladesh was represented by four of the country’s finest eFootball Console players:

• Mohiudden Mohi
• Fahmidul Hasan Fuad
• Mohammed Hamidul Islam
• Sheikh Raihan

Over the years, these players have established themselves among the best in Bangladesh through outstanding performances in national eFootball Console competitions. Their achievements earned them the opportunity to represent the country on the international stage.

Due to unavoidable circumstances, Mohiudden Mohi and Mohammed Hamidul Islam were unable to participate in Week 3. They were replaced by Mahdiul Alam and Kazi Jeann.

Since the tournament followed a 2v2 Co-op format, Mohiudden Mohi and Fahmidul Hasan Fuad played every match during Weeks 1 and 2. In Week 3, Sheikh Raihan partnered with Fahmidul Hasan Fuad for three matches, while Fahmidul Hasan Fuad teamed up with Mahdiul Alam for one match.

Week 1 – A Brilliant Start

Bangladesh made an excellent start to the competition on 15–16 April.

The team topped its group, collected 140 ranking points, and climbed to 7th place in the overall standings.

Mohi and Fuad remained unbeaten throughout the group stage, earning impressive draws against Malaysia and Vietnam while securing victories over Cambodia and the Maldives.

Their outstanding run eventually ended in the knockout stage after a heartbreaking Golden Goal defeat to Brunei.

Following Week 1, expectations for the Bangladeshi duo were understandably high.

Week 2 – A Tough Test

Week 2, held on 13–14 May, proved to be much more challenging.

Bangladesh managed a 2-1 victory over Nepal but suffered defeats against Thailand, Malaysia and New Zealand, missing out on the knockout stage.

The team earned 40 ranking points, bringing its total to 180 points after the first two weeks and placing 15th in the regional standings.

Week 3 – Fighting Until the End

The final week featured an even tougher format, with only the top two teams from each group advancing.

Bangladesh once again competed in Group D.

Their results were:

• Draw vs Brunei
• Win vs Bhutan
• Lost 2-1 to Malaysia
• Lost 3-1 to Hong Kong

Despite showing determination throughout the competition, Bangladesh narrowly missed the knockout stage, bringing its FIFAe Nations League 2026 journey to an end.

A Journey to Be Proud Of

While Bangladesh fell short of reaching the Continental Championship, this campaign highlighted the nation’s growing strength in competitive eFootball Console.

The performances in Week 1, in particular, proved that Bangladesh has the ability to compete with some of Asia’s strongest teams. The experience gained throughout the tournament will be invaluable as the players continue to develop and prepare for future international competitions.

The Asia Continental Championship will be held in Malaysia, where the region’s top teams will compete for qualification to the FIFAe World Cup 2026.

Congratulations to every member of Team Bangladesh for representing the nation with dedication, passion and pride. This may be the end of this year’s campaign, but it is certainly not the end of Bangladesh’s journey on the international eFootball stage.
