Need to Install Parsec software in participant computers for giving the access for watch the match to organizer.<\/p>\n<p>D. Need to come in organizers Discord Channel for Before starting the match and for getting other updates.<br><br><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16pt;\">Tournament format:<\/span> <\/strong>Two-stage(Group Stage and Final Stage) tournament with Loosers Bracket<\/p>\n<p><strong>Participation<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A. Participation criterion is \u201cOpen for All\u201d.<br>B. Persons whose mental health is questioned by the tournament officials and tournament staff cannot participate in the competition.<br>C. Any player &#8211; unless officially banned &#8211; with a valid steam account is allowed to participate in the competition.<br>D. If any Player Leave the tournament without playing match cant participate in our next tournament<br><br><\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation Time<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preparation times are the first five (5) minutes before the start time (unless otherwise specified) and the five to ten (5-10) minutes between games. The teams should use this time to check whether they are optimally prepared. During this time, players must do the following:<br>1. Log in to your steam account and start the game<br>2. Check all your equipment, internet connection, controller battery etc.<br>3. Check the official schedule for your opponent and follow the necessary steps provided by the organizer to start a match.<br>4. Signal to the opposing player (and the tournament organizers for offline or broadcast)<br>that the game is ready to go.<\/p>\n<p>5.Violation of the preparation time will be penalized with a warning which, if repeated, will lead to an increasing penalty such as a default win for the opponent (In BO3, BO5, BO7 series, the opponent gets a default win only for the first match).<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Starting Time<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The round start time is determined by the tournament organizer. It is either a fixed time or the end of the previous round (on average end time +10 minutes). At their scheduled start time, all tournament officials and players must be ready. It is the responsibility of those responsible for the tournament to announce the start times.<br>Number of Players Each match can start only with both players present. In case a participant fails to show up on time, the match will be counted as a no-show.<br><br><br><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pause\/Break\/Timeout<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Players must pause immediately if ordered to do so by a tournament official. The players themselves have the option, if the game settings allow it, to pause the game. During breaks or interruptions, players may only leave the match screen with official permission.<\/p>\n<p><br><br><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tournament format: <\/strong>Two-stage(Group Stage and Final Stage) tournament with Loosers Bracket<strong><br><br><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Method of Matches<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A. Game Format<\/strong>: All matches must be played in online Friend match with Authentic Team, using any teams, and <strong>uniform overall ratings<\/strong>.<br>B. The Organizer sets the tournament format. All formats have to have a clear winner. <br>C. Point System<br>Points will be distributed like the following:<br><br><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 points for win<\/li>\n<li>1 point for draw<\/li>\n<li>0 points for loss<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><br>D. Tiebreakers ( in case of format containing a groupstage ) If a number of participants are tied by win-loss difference at the end of a group stage, their ranking order will be decided as described below. Only the matches between the tied teams will be taken into consideration.<br>\u25cf Head-to-head result, if not applicable;<br>\u25cf Goal difference, if not applicable;<br>\u25cf Goals scored.<br><br><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In a case of a three-way-tie or five-way-tie, after each resolved tie, the process is repeated for the remaining tied participants.<br>In special cases, the Referee can rule in a different way to determine the order in an unsolved tie (i.e. coin toss).<\/p>\n<p><br><strong>Side selection<\/strong><br>Players may mutually agree who has a home and away team, corresponding to Player 1 and Player 2 respectively. If Players cannot agree, a coin toss will be done to determine who picks their side &#8211; for the following games is vice-versa. Players that are not ready to play within 10 minutes of the match start time are subject to penalties including a possible match forfeiture.<br>B. Players may not voluntarily forfeit a match without prior authorization from Tournament Organizers and, even with authorization if the grounds behind the forfeit are considered unexcusable, <strong>the player will be subject to further penalties for forfeiting<\/strong>.<br>C. During an ongoing match, participants are forbidden to cut replay scenes ( For<br>broadcasted matches or stage matches only)<br>D. Participants can press pause game only while the ball is out of play (Deadball status). If participants violate this rule, they are subject to further penalties, the referee can give a goal to the opponent or even give a win to the opponent.<br>E. During the match, every participant is permitted to press pause maximum 3 times per<br>every half, in a maximum 120 seconds in total.<br>F. If a participant receives a red card and he runs out of pauses, he can pause for one<br>more time(If pause Time is available.<br><br><\/p>\n<p>Coaching<br>A. Participants may designate one (1) individual to be their coach during the tournament. Players may consult with the coach once at the end of every game. Deliberately giving or receiving advice to\/from any other person during the game is not allowed and may result in penalties for both parties.<br><br><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cheating<\/strong><br>A. Any cheating, as determined by the tournament organizers in their sole discretion, will result in an immediate forfeiture and additional penalties depending on the severity of the infraction.<\/p>\n<p><br><strong>Exploits &amp; Bugs<\/strong><br>Exploiting includes, but is not limited to, acts such as bugs\/glitches when buying items,<br>bugs\/glitches for neutral creep interactions or any other<br>game feature that not working properly.<br>Example of exploit: It is forbidden to pass the ball to the goalkeeper using bug pass (knee -&gt;<br>head-&gt; goalkeeper)<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Another Exploiting: It is Forbidden to CB to GK more than 3 Times in single build up.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><br><strong>Result<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A.For Online matches, after finishing a match, the player must take screenshots of the<br>results and shall confirm the result with the referee. Also Need to submit the result in Location selected by organizer.<br>B. The result not confirmed by the referee shall not be counted.<br><br><\/p>\n<p>Configuration of the Matches<br>A. If a player commits misconduct or any inappropriate act in an individual event, the<br>referee may take disciplinary action against the player including a caution, warning,<br>forfeit, or expulsion.<br>B. When the game is paused, players shall not contact people outside until the referee<br>permits it.<br>C. When a bug is notified to be banned before the match.<br><br><\/p>\n<p><strong>Malfunction<\/strong><br>A. When the console or controller malfunctions, the player shall report it to the referee.<br>B. In the situations listed below, the relevant set shall become void, and a rematch of the set shall be conducted.<br>&#8211; In the case of unidentified bugs or unintentional occurrences of bugs.<br>&#8211; When the decision of a win\/loss is impossible to decide by the progress of the<br>match.<br>C. In the event of either the referee&#8217;s or an observer&#8217;s PC malfunctioning, the match shall continue if it&#8217;s considered to have no influence on the match.<br><br><\/p>\n<p><strong>Change of the Rules<\/strong><br>A. These regulations apply to &#8220;Bangla eFootball Rumble 2023\u201d, and may be altered in the following cases:<br>&#8211; Rules are subject to change after the release of new patches.<br>&#8211; Upon discovery of other unpredicted factors.<br>&#8211; Official referee decision.<br>&#8211; Additional rules added by the official local organizer.<br>B.
